Two pack of refills, 30 Feet each of tape, and acid free.
Directions:
 
Remove protective cap.
With applicator laying flat, lightly depress button on bottom center of runner labeled PUSH and flip top half of case up.
Lift out used cartridge.
Drop new cartridge in case.  Make sure it is completely seated flat before closing the case.
