This innovative tool retains the original feature of a rotational clear plate that locks into place at 16 equal intervals. Additionally, the right side of the Stampwheel 2.0 frame is detachable to accommodate larger stamps, stencils, or paper. Both sides of the frame include an inch scale for easier alignment.
